The Project Manager role demonstrates the ability to rapidly execute on all aspect of implementation, manage multiple projects and people change effectively and work collaboratively with stakeholders to achieve project goals. The Project Manager should be open to learning, adaptable, driven, a clear communicator, and be excellent at building relationships with a broad range of people.

Position Responsibilities:

·         Act as the project lead for multiple projects concurrently

·         Scope, plan, and manage process against the plan (setup weekly meeting, manage deliverables/milestones, escalate risks and issues, propose solutions to ensure project delivery)

·         Support and lead clients through the change management process required for a successful implementation

·         Build and execute on communications to support the project implementation

·         Work cross-functionally to effectively guide projects from planning through deployment with both the internal implementation team and external client resources

·         Utilize tracking and reporting tools to ensure effective project documentation, knowledge transfer, and business continuity

Required Knowledge and Experience:

·         6+ years of project management experience and strong familiarity with project management principles and processes; financial services, pharma, retail industry experience is preferred

·         Client facing implementation experience

·         Understanding of Business Intelligence/Data Warehousing concepts

·         Managing organizational change

·         Strong proficiency is Microsoft Project

·         Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Required Capabilities and Behavioral Attributes:

·         Minimum 6+ year of related experience

·         Demonstrated evidence of execution on concurrent projects

·         Demonstrated ability in setting priorities and proposing new strategies to ensure project delivery

·         Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a broad range of people

·         Ability to assess complex situations and facilitate solutions in a collaborative manner

·         Demonstrated flexibility, adaptability, and drive

·         Evidence of effective multi-tasking, ability to manage complex and tight project schedules

·         Superior attention to detail

Nice to Have Knowledge and Experience:

·         PMP designation a plus but does not replace relevant work experience
